Yin, Pin and Sound: a journey into deep rest
An evening with Cornelia and Steven at Open Sky Wellbeing. Long, still Yin holds, acupuncture along the meridian lines and immersive sound, woven into one two hour session.
Spring is the Wood element in Chinese medicine, the time when Qi begins to rise and move after Winter’s stillness. The Yin holds open the body, the needles support Qi to flow more freely through the channels, and the sound settles the mind. People leave rested, released and clearer as the season turns.

Selenite Swords of Light: two day training, Mullumbimby
Two full days of hands on training with the Selenite Swords of Light, hosted by Seven Stars Lightwork Academy at the Yellow Church in Mullumbimby. Tom Ledder and Maryke Love lead the training. It is not a lecture: you work with the swords directly, one on one with a partner, through six modules across the two days, including chakra clearing and activation, the subtle body and Lightbody activation process, and the Swords of Light practice itself.
